TC Merritts Land Surveyors was established in 1980 by Thomas C. Merritts. Our original office was located in Hawthorne, and several years later relocated to Pleasantville where we are currently established.
Today, we are licensed both in New York and Connecticut employing a complete staff of land surveyors, field technicians, CAD technicians and administrative support personel. Our qualified staff enables us to provide complete services in planning development, surveying and mapping & construction services for sustainable developments. Our office location in Pleasantville allows us to provide services to the Southern New York and Southern Connecticut regions.

Mr. Merritts, President of TC Merritts Land Surveyors is a professionally licensed land surveyor in two states and an active member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors.
With over 25 years of mapping and surveying experience, he has been providing surveying, development planning and surveying construction for commercial, industrial and residential projects. His expertise in all aspects of surveying includes Aerial Mapping, GPS Surveys, Subdivision Plats, Boundary Surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Topographic Surveying and Bathymetric Surveying. He directs the field land survey projects, design work and final survey and GIS mapping generated through the office.
